Voter education is an important aspect that promotes the credibility of an election as it empowers citizens with knowledge on how to exercise their right to vote in any election with acceptable voter behavior and integrity. In the previous General Elections in Uganda, violence was cited at almost every level of election. Election periods are critical moments that need a tactical approach to register free, fair, safe and secure elections. It is the mandate of the Electoral Commission to organize, conduct and supervise free and fair elections.en_US
