Abstract

The Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) as a semi– autonomous agency, by virtue of its statutory mandate stated in the UNCST Act (CAP 209), is inclined towards ethical conduct of research as it carries out its oversight function of development and implementation of strategies for integrating science and Technology into the national development process.
