Abstract
The Education and Sports Sector Strategic Plan 2017-2020 aims to offer education as a basic human right. Improving equitable access to education helps to equip learners/students/trainees with relevant knowledge and skills necessary for the socio-economic transformation and development required to meet Uganda’s Vision 2040.
